It’s All About the Bread
One of life’s greatest opportunities is for individuals to be able to work at something that they truly love and enjoy. We don’t just make bread at Multigrains Bakery; we craft and create unique Artisan and crusty breads that are the manifestation of our passion for baking.
A great deal of thought and care goes into the development of each loaf so that anyone who eats the bread not only tastes a delicious creation, but also partakes of the energy and “old world” process that goes into every bite.
Our master baker believes that sometimes the “old ways” are the best when it comes to bread. Our process for developing great flavor and cell structure is derived from the old European tradition of dough retardation, which delivers a consistent flavor profile and cell density every time.
Our philosophy on presentation to customers is to offer dynamic breads in their optimal state for consumption. Once a loaf of bread comes out of the oven and cools it begins to lose moisture. By flash-freezing our bread we are able to halt that process, and deliver to our customers a product that just needs a few minutes of heat to refresh and offer that same great “right out of the oven” crustiness and taste.
